• All contracted rates quoted above are in VND and are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% VAT and non- commissionable. In the event that the VAT is revised or surcharged is imposed by the Government of Vietnam, the Hotel reserves the right to increase the rate stated above accordingly with immediate effect.
• The above rates are extended only to your company and are non-transferable to your suppliers/associates/related companies or branches unless booked directly through your office.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to revise the rates and terms as and when it deems necessary.
• Contractual rates cannot be offered by the Tour Operator directly to the consumer via the Internet, or by any other Internet channels, through owned, affiliated or subsidiary company, without prior written approval from Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel.

• 0 – 05 years (up to 5th birthday): Free of charge - using existing bed or provided cot; maximum one child per room
• 05 – 12 years (up to 12th birthday): VND250,000 per child per night (inclusive of breakfast and roll-away bed); maximum one child per room.

• Any cancellation made more than 07 days prior to the date of arrival will incur no cancellation fee
• Any cancellation made from 07 - 05 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night’s stay per room reserved

• Any cancellation made more than 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur no cancellation fee
• Any cancellation made from 15 to 07 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night’s stay per room reserved
• Any cancellation made 07 days or less prior to the arrival date or in case of no-show will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to total price of reservation

• Any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will incur no cancellation fee
• Any cancellation made from 30 - 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night’s stay per room reserved
•  Any cancellation made 15 days or less prior to the arrival date or in case of no-show will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to total price of reservation
• Specific cancellation policy will be notified and applied for other bookings that not mentioned above by email. 

Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the date of arrival to confirm the booking

• Reservation code and specific hotel booked is required to be added to the content of the transaction.
• All charges levied by the bank during the remittance process will be borne by party B.
